Dear Friends of Sisters Place,
For the past 32 years, Sisters Place has been a sanctuary of hope, compassion, and transformation. It has been a privilege to walk alongside individuals and families as they navigated their journeys toward stability, healing, and renewal. Today, we share bittersweet news: Sisters Place will be closing its doors as of May 2025.
This decision was not made lightly. While change is inevitable, the legacy of Sisters Place will endure through the lives we have touched, the partnerships we have forged, and the spirit of community we have fostered. We take this moment to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who has been part of our story—our dedicated staff, tireless volunteers, generous donors, committed funders, and invaluable community partners. Your unwavering support has made our work possible and has changed countless lives.
Through your generosity, we have provided not just shelter, but dignity. Not just resources, but empowerment. Not just services, but a sense of belonging. The stories that have unfolded within Sisters Place are testaments to the power of kindness and the resilience of the human spirit.
Though our doors will close, our mission and impact will live on in the communities we have served and in the hearts of those we have helped. We encourage you to continue supporting organizations that uplift and empower those facing adversity, ensuring that the work of compassion and justice continues.
With heartfelt gratitude and hope for the future,
Lynette Vybiral
